Scuba Courses

All courses require a 50% deposit at time of enrollment. You may opt to pay for just the deposit or the entire course at enrollment. If you choose to only pay the deposit, the remaining balance is due prior to any in-water activities.
Discover Scuba requires a PHP1,000 non-refundable deposit.
Charges for eLearning courses are non-fundable. Charges for PADI training materials, manuals, and logbooks are non-refundable once issued to a student. In both cases student retains the non-refundable items.
Remaining course tuition is refundable only if you withdraw from your course at least 7 days prior to the start date of the course, or your physician is unable to recommend you for scuba diving as documented on the PADI/RSTC Medical Statement Participant Record form.
Course tuition is non-refundable once your scheduled class has started.
Discover Scuba deposits are non-refundable, however, you may apply the deposit to a new session date or a different course.
Classes happen rain or shine, however, weather does happen from time to time. We will do our best to always run fun dives and classes as scheduled, but safety is our top priority. We reserve the right to cancel any fun dive, class, or event if weather conditions make it unsafe to continue. Refunds can not be issued for weather impacted cancellations, however, we are happy to reschedule you for a future session at no charge.
If you need to reschedule your course you must contact us within 7 days of course start date to discuss rescheduling options. Courses can not be rescheduled within 7 days of course start date. If you have an extenuating circumstance that requires rescheduling contact us to discuss your options.
We allow one reschedule without additional tuition charges. We reserve the right to charge a rescheduling fee at our discretion for additional reschedules.
Resort fees are subject to the cancellation and rescheduling policy of the applicable resort. Students are responsible for any resort related fees associated with rescheduling courses.
All of our courses are performance based and all required performance standards must be met prior to certification. All of our courses are scheduled in a manner that should allow ample time for course completion in the allotted timeframe.
If for whatever reason you are not able to complete the course requirements within the provided course schedule time you are responsible for any additional resort or material related costs, however, no additional tuition will be charged.
Fun Dives
This policy applies to all of our fun dives, including day trips, night dives, and charter trips.
All fun dives and charters require payment at the time of booking, excluding accommodation or gear rental fees. We accept credit cards, bank transfer, and GCash.
Gear rental fees and accommodation charges can be paid at time services are rendered.
Fun Dives, with the exception of charter trips, can be cancelled within 7 days of booking for a full refund. No refunds are issued within 7 days of booking, however, you can reschedule to another tour up to 48 hours before scheduled dives. No changes can be made within 48 hours.
Charter trips can not be changed or refunded once booked. If you are unable to make your charter trip, please contact us ASAP to discuss transferring your booking to a new diver. If we are able to fill the spot we will refund your booking amount less a transfer fee.

You must be a certified diver to participate in any of our fun dive activities. All divers are required to show proof of certification. Safety of our staff and guests is our top priority and as such we reserve the right to assess a diver’s skills and dive readiness prior to any in-water activities. At our discretion we may recommend remediation training or deny your ability to participate in diving activities if it is our professional opinion that it is not safe for you to participate. If you are asked to participate in remediation training we will be happy to reschedule your fun dives once training is complete. If we decline to allow you to participate in a dive event we will refund you in full.
If you choose to rent gear for your dive, you are responsible for inspecting any gear at the time of rental to ensure it is in good working condition. Please notify us immediately if you feel the gear you have been provided is not functioning correctly, or if you have additional questions regarding the proper use of any equipment.
Dive gear must be returned in the same condition as when rented. Damaged or lost gear will incur a replacement fee.
Dive Travel
This policy applies to all of our dive travel bookings, including group dive travel and custom built individual dive travel packages.
All dive travel bookings require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking in order to confirm booking space. The deposit amount may vary based on trip and will be disclosed on the applicable trip promotional material.
Dive travel is non-refundable once booked. If you need to cancel for any reason you will forfeit any payments made towards your travel package.
We highly recommend each diver purchase dive travel insurance that would cover cancellation.
You may transfer payments made to a new diver. We reserve the right to charge a transfer fee at our discretion.
Deposits and subsequent payments made towards dive travel are non-refundable.
